I work in the legal/regulatory end of the energy industry here in the U. S.  I actually rarely have any association with oil production, I focus most of my efforts on the production of natural gas.  

I've been getting more and more frustrated at the state of American politics lately.  Both Democrats and Republicans have been in a headlong rush to growing the power of a centralized government.

As I feel that the voice of one is more important than the voices of many, I'll go ahead and throw mine in with the noise.
